1. A capacitive pen is a pen made of conductive materials that has conductive properties and is used to touch a capacitive screen to complete human-machine dialogue operations. It uses the human body's current sensing for work.
2. Note: A capacitive touch screen is a four layer composite glass screen. The inner surface and interlayer of the glass screen are coated with a layer of ITO (i.e. coated conductive glass), and the outermost layer is a thin layer of silica glass protective layer. The ITO coating serves as the working surface, and four electrodes are led out from the four corners. The inner layer of ITO is a shielding layer to ensure a good working environment.
3. When a finger touches a metal layer, a coupling capacitor is formed between the human electric field, the user, and the touch screen surface. For high-frequency currents, the capacitor is a direct conductor, so the finger absorbs a small amount of current from the contact point.
4. This current flows out from the electrodes on the four corners of the touch screen, and the current flowing through these four electrodes is proportional to the distance from the fingers to the four corners. The controller accurately calculates the proportion of these four currents to obtain the position information of the touch points.
