The debugging of the capacitive touch screen refers to the debugging of the entire machine, which is carried out after the assembly of the entire machine. Debugging the capacitive touch screen is a key step in the production process. The electronic circuit is debugged to meet various performance indicators and meet the technical requirements of the design. During the debugging process, errors and deficiencies in circuit design and actual production can be identified, and the design and production plan can be continuously improved to achieve more efficient use of capacitive touch screens. So how can we debug it?
1. Analyze the measured results
The key to debugging is to be good at analyzing the measured results, and scientific analysis is based on correct measurements. Based on the measured data, waveforms, and phenomena, combined with circuit analysis and judgment, determine the crux, and then formulate adjustment and improvement measures. It can be seen that measurement is the process of discovering problems, while adjustment is the process of solving problems and troubleshooting. And the re measurement after debugging is often an effective method to judge and verify whether debugging is correct.
2. Check the circuit and power supply voltage
Check whether the circuit components are connected incorrectly, especially whether the transistor leads, the direction of the diode, and the polarity of the electrolytic capacitor are connected correctly; Check whether the connecting wires are connected incorrectly, especially the polarity of the DC power supply and whether the power and ground wires are short circuited. Check whether the connecting wires are firmly soldered, and whether there are any phenomena such as missed soldering, faulty soldering, or short circuits. Only after checking the circuit is correct can power on debugging be carried out.
3. Carry out dynamic debugging work well
Dynamic debugging refers to adding signals to the input of the entire machine to check whether various indicators of the circuit meet the design requirements, including output waveform, signal amplitude, phase relationship between signals, circuit amplification factor, frequency, output dynamic range, etc. During dynamic debugging, detection can be carried out step by step from the later stage, making it easy to detect faults and make timely adjustments and improvements.
4. Indicator testing
After the touch screen circuit is working properly, technical indicators can be tested. According to the design requirements, test the completion of each indicator one by one. If the indicator requirements are not met, analyze the reasons and readjust them to meet the technical indicator requirements.
After debugging the capacitive touch screen, load experiments should be conducted according to regulations, and various touch screen indicators should be tested regularly and recorded. If it meets the technical requirements and operates normally, it means that the entire machine has been debugged.
